The Senior Leadership Team recently held its Annual General Meeting at the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, providing an exceptional setting to reflect on the year and look ahead to the future.
The AGM brought together Leigh Edmondson, Robert Padgett, Adam Tucker, Scott Wadsworth, Rory Chichester and Oliver Hutley for a productive morning focused on reviewing performance, aligning on priorities, and discussing the Group’s strategic plan for the year ahead. Key areas of growth, operational delivery, and long-term objectives were explored, ensuring the business remains well positioned to build on its recent successes.
Holding the AGM in Dubai also offered an opportunity to step away from day-to-day operations and consider the wider direction of the Group in a collaborative and focused environment. It was a fitting way to close out a year of hard work, commitment, and progress across the business.
